5+ years in Meta Ads, agency experience preferred, and strong English communication are essential to manage budgets, track performance, and deliver ROI for multiple accounts from anywhere in South

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing setting.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads, lower CPA and improve ROI.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversions API; campaign tracking and optimisation.
• Budget management, testing strategies and scaling campaigns.
• Excellent English communication with Australian/UK clients; strong analytics.
• Commercial mindset, accountability and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work remotely with overlapping Sydney hours.
• Nice to have leads for professional services, healthcare, legal or trades; agency background; potential for Head of Paid Media.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Develop lead-generation strategies to generate enquiries and improve ROI.
• Manage budgets, tracking, optimisation and scaling of campaigns.
• Use Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversions API to monitor performance.
• Develop testing strategies and guide optimisation decisions with data.
• Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities and reduce CAC.
• Communicate campaign performance and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Take ownership of campaign outcomes and contribute to agency growth.
