Virgin Active South Africa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Service Ambassador to create exceptional in-club member experiences across the reception, floor, studios and lounges. You will engage members daily, connect them with our digital platforms and help ensure smooth entry and exit.

Key requirements include a Grade 12 / NQF Level 4, completion of Reception Academy, strong communication, first aid, and a people-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent
• Reception Academy completed
• Strong understanding of digital platforms
• Knowledge of Virgin Active exercise experiences
• Customer journey and experience understanding
• Club rules, standards and safety protocol
• 12+ months in a face-to-face customer facing role
• Proven ability to resolve member questions and queries
• People-centric and growth-minded
• Willingness to adapt and learn

Responsabilités

• Control access into the facility and greet members
• Provide information to staff, members and prospective members
• Deliver on member needs from entry to exit
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the club
• Drive digital engagement with members across platforms
• Promote safe exercise and ensure adherence to club rules
• Maintain floor cleanliness and order
• Participate in ongoing training and self-development
