Virgin Active South Africa (Pty) Ltd, based in Somerset West, seeks a Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional member experiences across the reception, exercise floor, studios, swimming facilities and lounges. You will drive digital engagement, respond to member needs and support retention with daily interaction and flexibility.

Responsibilities include front-of-house duties, safety adherence, floor presentation, and ongoing self-development.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 or equivalent educational level.
• Successful completion of Reception Academy.
• Good understanding of digital platforms and customer journey.
• First Aid Level 1 certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Control access and provide information to staff and members.
• Deliver member experiences from entry to exit on all club areas.
• Engage members to improve retention and respond to questions or issues.
• Promote club rules, safety protocols and maintain floor cleanliness.
