Job summary

Becton Dickinson is seeking a Sales Representative for the Western Cape to grow the MMS infusion business. You will lead onboarding, deliver training and product demonstrations, and manage accounts in SFDC, while building strong relationships with hospital personnel and procurement teams.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in MedTech or Pharmaceuticals sales, with mandatory experience in automated infusion solutions and a clinical background being advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a MedTech or Pharmaceuticals sales role.
• Automated infusion solutions experience is mandatory.
• Clinical background is an advantage.
• Proven sales track record in hospital sector, Western Cape experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new customers with training and product demonstrations to enable successful implementation of MMS solutions.
• Achieve MMS sales targets by applying strategic plans tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain and grow existing business by building strong customer relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Western Cape territory.
• Manage all accounts and opportunities in SFDC (Salesforce).
• Participate in congresses & exhibitions, including weekends and after-hours as required.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders including hospital staff and procurement teams.
• Provide competitive market intelligence to establish appropriate pricing structures.
