Employmate Limited is seeking an experienced Medical Recruitment Consultant to drive 360 recruitment for doctors, supporting the Australian market from South Africa. This independent contractor role requires strong relationship-building, business development, and candidate engagement skills.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates through multiple channels, and coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and ongoing client support.

Employment Structure: Independent Contractor
Working Hours: 11:30 pm to 8:00 am South African time
Salary: R28 000 per month depending on experience and expertise
Additional Earnings: Commission and performance bonuses once established in the role

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment business supporting the Australian market.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle with specific expertise in recruiting doctors. This is a client facing role requiring excellent relationship management, business development and candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven 360 recruitment experience covering both client and candidate management.
• Direct recruitment experience specifically within doctor recruitment.
• Strong business development and client relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship building skills.
• Ability to provide trusted career advice to candidates.
• Confidence working independently within a target driven environment.
• Ability to learn complex information quickly.
• Commitment to working Australian business hours with flexibility for additional hours when doctors are available outside normal working hours.

Preferred Experience

International recruitment experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience supporting clients across different time zones. Familiarity with JobAdder recruitment software would be advantageous.

Commission and Bonus Opportunity
