About the Role Our client, a leading media intelligence and communications firm, is seeking a diligent and analytical Media Analyst to join their team in Nelspruit. This role is pivotal in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on media coverage and sentiment for various clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the media landscape, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for tracking brand mentions, identifying key trends, measuring campaign effectiveness, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance our client's public relations efforts in Mpumalanga. This is a key position supporting the strategic communications of diverse clients from our Nelspruit office.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor media channels (print, broadcast, online, social) for client mentions and relevant industry news.
• Analyze media coverage for key themes, sentiment, prominence, and message pull-through.
