Job summary

BVi Consulting Engineers Gauteng (Pty) Ltd in Pretoria is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a permanent role. The incumbent will manage mechanical design activities, deliver HVAC, Wet Services and Fire designs, and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Requirements include a Mechanical Engineering degree, registration with ECSA or near to it, and at least 3 years' building services experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical building services design (Wet, Fire, HVAC).
• Registration with ECSA or near to be registered.
• Strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC, Wet Services and Fire designs for projects.
• Creata tender documents, BOQs and specs.
• Attend site and progress meetings; provide site supervision.
• Overall project administration and technical support to senior staff.
