Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of product development and mechanical design.
• Proficiency with CAD software and an understanding of simulation tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC machining).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new mechanical products and components, ensuring functionality, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
• Conduct design validation through simulations (FEA/CFD) and physical testing.
• Collaborate closely with industrial designers, electrical engineers, and manufacturing teams to refine product designs.
• Build and test prototypes, troubleshooting issues and iterating on designs to meet project requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation for product release and support manufacturing processes.
