About the Role

This role is central to bringing new and improved products to market, involving the entire lifecycle from concept generation to design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support. You will work in a collaborative setting, contributing your technical expertise to solve complex challenges and create market-leading products. Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design efforts for new product development projects, from concept through to commercialization.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for new product components and assemblies.
• Perform engineering analysis , including tolerance stack-ups, stress analysis, and thermal management, to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including industrial design, electronics, software, and manufacturing, to ensure integrated product solutions.
• Oversee prototyping and testing activities, analyzing results and iterating on designs as needed.
• Support manufacturing NPI (New Product Introduction) processes to ensure successful and efficient production ramp-up.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
