• Practical understanding of meat processing operations and workflows.
• Experience supervising production teams in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, quality control and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily meat processing and production activities to meet targets.
• Allocate resources, monitor output and downtime, and drive efficiency.
• Supervise staff, conduct briefings and manage attendance/performance.
• Monitor product quality, temperature control and traceability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and safety standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare daily production reports and support audits.
