Job summary

Synergy Jobs (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Senior Supervisor in Cullinan to lead end-to-end meat production activities across lamb and beef. You will supervise cutting, deboning, drying, packing and labeling to ensure yield and quality targets are achieved, while coaching staff and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in meat production and 5–10 years in operational meat cutting, with Grade 12 and a preferred Master Meat Cutting Certificate.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Master Meat Cutting Certificate is preferred.
• 5–10 years of operational meat cutting experience in lamb and beef.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a meat production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end production operations including cutting, deboning, trimming, packing, labeling.
• Train and manage production staff to meet yield targets and specifications.
• Develop, review and implement efficient procedures to optimize production.
• Ensure products meet customer requirements for appearance, packing and labeling.
• Oversee hygiene and safety compliance in all processes.
• Plan and supervise production line to meet service levels.
