Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Significant commercial leadership experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience leading multi-country South Africa operations.
• Strong distributor management and channel leadership.
• MBA or advanced business degree (preferred).
• Experience in matrixed multinational settings (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead regional MEA growth, market expansion, and commercial excellence for MedTech Surgery.
• Direct distributor management strategy across SA and rest of region with governance and reviews.
• Develop market entry, expansion, and competitive defense strategies for Surgery platforms.
• Coach and develop a high-performing commercial team with a culture of accountability and inclusion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service on integrated plans.
• Build executive relationships with customers, healthcare leaders, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, healthcare requirements, and governance across the region.
