JOBSUMMARY
AsBusiness Unit Manager - South Africa, you will be responsible for leading andgrowing the companies Interventional Systems' business in South Africa. Youwill drive commercial performance, develop strategic customer partnerships,build and coach high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence acrossthe organization.
Reportingto the Regional Director META, you will have overall responsibility for thecountry's commercial results, including sales growth, profitability,forecasting accuracy, market expansion, people leadership, and compliance.Acting as the senior company representative in South Africa, you will engagewith healthcare professionals, hospital groups, government stakeholders, procurement organizations, and key opinion leaders to strengthen the company'smarket position and support long-term sustainable growth.

Requirements
PROFESSIONALEXPERIENCE
- Minimum8-10 years of progressive experience within the medical device industry.
- Minimum5 years of leadership experience managing commercial teams.
- Provenexperience leading a country, business unit, or large-scale sales organization.
- Experienceoperating within complex healthcare environments.
- Strongknowledge of public and private healthcare sectors.
- Experiencemanaging tenders, government procurement processes, and strategic customernegotiations.
- Experiencewithin cardiovascular, endovascular, or interventional medical device marketsis highly desirable.
