Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Head of Cybersecurity Service Delivery MEA to lead the delivery of managed services across the region. The role drives service excellence, collaborates with senior leadership on roadmaps, and mentors teams to meet objectives while pursuing new business opportunities.

You will oversee delivery capabilities across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, and data centers, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration or related field.
• ITIL certification is advantageous.
• Significantly vast experience in service performance and client delivery within large-scale technology services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of Managed Services within a region, incl. growth, profitability and innovation.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable goals for daily operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on roadmap development of offers to market.
• Define service value propositions and ensure client satisfaction standards.
• Create strong interlocks between sales and delivery teams.
• Mentor the team to achieve objectives and drive continuous service improvements.
• Present at seminars and workshops on IT topics and trends.
• Ensure alignment to best practices and drive delivery process enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships and integration of third-party services.
