Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Martech and related technology environments.
• Experience implementing, maintaining and optimising Martech platforms and customer engagement solutions.
• Experience designing and supporting platform integrations and data flows across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• To design, configure and optimise Martech platforms, workflows, rules and integrations to enable customer engagement and improve operational efficiency.
• To manage implementation of Martech platforms ensuring performance, reliability and effective utilisation.
• To design, build and maintain workflows, automations and customer journeys for marketing execution.
• To design, implement and maintain platform integrations and data flows across Martech ecosystem.
• To establish governance, documentation and operating procedures for consistency and compliance.
• To provide specialist technical support and troubleshooting to minimise disruptions and maintain platform stability.
• To collaborate with the Digital Product Owner, Technology and Data teams to implement Martech solutions aligned to business needs.
• To evaluate platform capabilities and emerging technologies to drive continuous evolution.
