Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Digital Products – Martech in Johannesburg, South Africa. You will manage the lifecycle of marketing technology products across global and regional markets, focusing on platforms that enable personalized experiences, campaign performance, and marketing automation.

You will partner with Marketing, Technology, and Data teams to ensure the Martech stack delivers measurable brand impact while enabling future growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, digital marketing, information systems or related discipline; advanced qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of digital product management, Martech implementation, or marketing automation within FMCG or large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Martech ecosystems including CRM, CDP, automation tools, adtech, and customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital product development, deployment, and optimization within Coca‑Cola’s marketing technology environment, including CRM, CDP, and automation systems.
• Partner with Marketing and Technology leaders to define product objectives, features, and operational frameworks.
• Oversee product roadmaps for Martech solutions, balancing local customization and global standardization across markets.
• Collaborate with global and regional Digital, Data, and IT teams on integration and data flow across the Martech ecosystem.
• Work with external partners and vendors to implement and maintain solutions that support digital activation and analytics.
• Ensure strong data governance and privacy compliance in all Martech activities.
