Takealot.com, South Africa's leading online retailer, invites applications for a Marketplace Sales Intern to join the Cross-Border eCommerce team in Cape Town. The role focuses on supporting BDAs, preparing sales dashboards, and analyzing marketplace data to drive improvements.

The 18-month internship offers hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Logistics, Catalogue, and Customer Experience, and exposure to promotional administration and catalogue updates.

Qualifications

• N6/NCV in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Familiarity with GA/BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support BDAs with day-to-day administrative tasks, seller correspondence, and account management activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales performance and marketplace insights.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret sales, seller, and marketplace data to support decision-making.
