Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking a Logistics/Data Coordinator to manage export stock, shipping data, and reporting to support management decisions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across Logistics, Technical, and Trade Finance, with focus on data accuracy, traceability, and documentation. Experience with Power BI or similar systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Fruit industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data systems such as Power BI or QX would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage data, reporting and documentation accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage export stock and maintain the sales database.
