Job summary

The Recruiter will report to the CEO and be based in South Africa, with required cruise ship recruitment experience and knowledge to drive hiring across vessels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cruise industry recruitment processes and standards.
• Experience coordinating interviews and assessment centers across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Verify recruiting profiles and criteria with departments.
• Update recruitment requirements based on operational needs and HR policy.
• Maintain and update the candidate pool database.
• Supervise and control the candidate resource pool.
• Conduct personal and Skype interviews for onboard crew and officers.
• Plan and run assessment centres worldwide with agencies.
• Handle crewing requests to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Participate in global recruitment events with partner agencies.
