Placements24 seeks a dedicated Project Manager for a manufacturing-focused facility in Klerksdorp. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of manufacturing projects, collaborating with production, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery and measurable improvements.

The role requires a strong manufacturing background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives within the North West region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing process improvement and operational projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of manufacturing projects, from concept to implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
• Implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
