About the Role

You will work closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to identify opportunities, develop project plans, and ensure successful implementation of changes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects focused on manufacturing process improvement and optimization.

• Develop detailed project plans , including timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and measure the impact of implemented changes against established objectives, reporting findings to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on manufacturing process improvement or operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certifications are highly valued.
