Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing process improvement and operational projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management software.
