Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong understanding of production methodologies, quality control systems, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving tools (e.g., FMEA, DOE).
• Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and control plans.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product specifications are met.
