The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, an MBA, 8+ years in manufacturing operations, and deep expertise in lean, Six Sigma, MES/ERP systems, and large-scale budget management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing operations management with a track record of leading large-scale facilities.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing and production operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets, cost objectives, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor the production team including managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Implement lean and Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee production budgeting and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering and R&D for new product introductions and process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs for production, efficiency, quality, and safety and report to senior management.
