Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CMA/CA(SA) preferred, with 7+ years in management accounting and 3+ in leadership, plus SAP or Oracle experience and strong cost accounting skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Professional certification CMA/CA(SA) preferred.
7+ years in management accounting with at least 3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
Prepare detailed management reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
Lead FP&A processes and drive performance analysis across the business.
Manage cost accounting, product costing, and inventory valuation.
Mentor and develop the management accounting team.
