Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CA(SA)) is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management accounting and financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing environments.
