The role focuses on optimizing processes, supporting strategic financial direction, and delivering accurate, timely financial information to enable business growth and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required.
• CA(SA), ACCA or CIMA professional qualifications preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting/financial mgmt experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting: payables, receivables, GL, payroll.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements per IFRS.
• Develop and manage annual budget and forecasts.
• Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Oversee tax compliance and statutory filings.
• Lead and mentor the finance/accounting team.
• Analyze data, identify trends, support decisions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and annual audits.
• Implement and improve financial systems for efficiency.
