Job summary

The Stratogo Group in Vereeniging, South Africa, seeks an experienced maintenance leader to drive reliability and asset management in a modern, highly automated facility.

You will lead maintenance strategies, oversee budgets and contractors, and ensure safety, quality and compliance while fostering a high-performing team.

Candidates should hold an engineering degree/diploma and have 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or heavy industry, with CMMS and automation knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, CMMS and industrial automation.
• Experience in food, beverage, agro-processing or continuous-process environments preferred.
