Job summary

The Stratogo Group is seeking a maintenance leadership professional to drive reliability, asset management and maintenance excellence in a modern, highly automated facility in Gauteng, South Africa.

You will lead preventive and predictive programs, manage budgets and coordinate shutdowns, while developing a high-performing maintenance team to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical or mechatronic disciplines.
• GCC Factories certification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance leadership within manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, CMMS and industrial automation.
• Experience in food, beverage, agro-processing or continuous-process environments preferred.
