Job summary

The Stratogo Group is seeking a seasoned maintenance leader for a major industrial facility in South Africa. The role focuses on driving reliability, asset management and best-in-class maintenance programs to maximise plant availability.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets and contractor relationships, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across operations. GCC certification is required and the candidate should bring a strong background in automation and

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical or mechatronic fields.
• GCC Factories certification is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, CMMS and industrial automation.
