Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd. seeks a Manager Learning Implementation in the Free State to lead the learning liaison and implementation function. The role focuses on ensuring learning policies, strategies and processes are applied, while supporting HR business partners and maintaining project governance.

The position requires a degree or higher in a behavioural or social science or technical field, with at least 5 years in Learning Development. A stable, outcomes-driven leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• B Degree / B-Tech / National Higher Diploma in Behavioural Science /Social Science / Technical is required.
• Knowledge of HR legislation, project management and training evaluation is essential.
• Experience in Learning Development and SAQA/NQF frameworks is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of learning practices, policies, strategies, related initiatives and processes relating to learning within the Division/Area as per requirements received from HR Business partners.
• Provide strategic support and operational services, including business risk assessments relating to learning within the Division/Area as per requirements received from HR Business partners.
• Manage all functional operations-based resources – Human, Financial & Scorecards.
• Assure the projects are implemented as defined per policy and processes relating to learning within the Division/Area.
