Job summary

Sasol in Secunda, Mpumalanga, is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional who identifies learning needs, develops materials, and facilitates training and assessments in line with legal requirements and Sasol's global learning strategy.

You will design modules, deliver interventions through diverse methodologies, ensure assessments meet unit standards, and track progress with learning metrics, aligning with 70:20:10 principles and supporting line managers to close gaps.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate and technical qualifications as listed.
• Mining or electro-mechanical trades with required certificates.
• Experience in learning and development within industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning interventions and outcomes based on gaps.
• Assess skills gaps and plan gap-closing interventions.
• Design, develop and select learning modules in line with regulations.
• Facilitate delivery of learning interventions using various methods.
• Contribute to learner assessment and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop fit-for-purpose learning plans aligned with 70:20:10 principles.
