Job summary

You will design frameworks, lead flagship programmes, and partner with executives to deliver effective learning solutions, measuring impact and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in HR, LD, Education, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Management, or related field.
• Honours or Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• 8–12 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise leadership development frameworks and learning architecture.
• Lead flagship leadership programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with executives, HR, and key stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.
• Measure programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage learning vendors, budgets, governance, timelines, and risks.

Location: Johannesburg

Salary: R90,000 per month

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Role Purpose

Translate business strategy into enterprise leadership development programmes that strengthen leadership capability, improve leadership effectiveness, and build a sustainable leadership pipeline.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Management, or a related field.
• Honours or Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• 8–12 years' experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Effectiveness.
• Experience designing enterprise learning frameworks and working with senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and programme management experience.
