Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a demonstrable portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively for large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or a relevant construction management qualification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate and supervise site operations, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labor.
• Ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards on all construction sites.
• Review and approve project plans, blueprints, and specifications, making necessary adjustments.
• Liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
