Job summary

DP World in Centurion, South Africa, seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee processes, teams and resources that improve key client contracts, enhance satisfaction and profitability. The role drives compliance, risk mitigation and end-to-end process optimization across multiple functions.

Key focus areas include defining SOPs, budgeting and financial monitoring, and leading initiatives to deliver service excellence while shaping corporate affairs and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Up to 8 years of experience in a similar environment with at least 5 years operational leadership or specialist experience.

Job description

To manage the processes, teams and resources that improve, grow and retain key clients / customers through the successful implementation and management of client / customer contracts, contributing to operationaleffectiveness, client / customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance to relevant policies and regulatory requirements
