Placements24 is seeking an experienced Management Accountant for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in management accounting, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to operate independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CMA/CA(SA) preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting principles, financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of management accounting principles, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience with ERP systems is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
