Placements24 is actively seeking a Senior Management Accountant for a fully remote role within South Africa. You will deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, build financial models, and provide insights to support strategic business decisions across virtual teams.

The ideal candidate holds a CA(SA)/ACCA/CIMA/CMA and has at least five years in management accounting, with advanced Excel and experience in SAP/Oracle/Hyperion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Professional qualification such as CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA, or CMA is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective virtual collaboration.
