Placements24 seeks an experienced Management Accountant for a fully remote position based in South Africa (Randburg preferred). You will provide budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key duties include monthly management accounts, variance explanations, KPI reporting, cost accounting, and financial modelling. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in management accounting, a relevant degree and professional qualification, and strong ERP/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CA(SA)) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial data; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
