Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants seeks a senior finance and operations leader to head finance and administrative functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and robust governance.

The role covers financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting, with responsibility for tax, statutory compliance, and risk management. You will mentor heads across Finance, HR, and Inventory Management and partner with senior leadership to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Experience guiding senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's finance and administrative functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
