• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, legal, and governance requirements.
• Manage HR, IT, legal, compliance, and facilities functions, driving operational efficiency.
• Develop and improve internal controls, business processes, and risk management strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning and business growth.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including banks, auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to department heads across Finance, HR, and Inventory Management.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (BCom, BAcc, or MBA preferred).
• Professional affiliation (SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA, or similar) advantageous.
• Previous experience in a senior finance and operational leadership role.
• Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment will be advantageous.
• Strong financial management, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Innovative, adaptable, and able to mentor and develop teams.
