Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance: cash management, billing, receivables, payables, and banking.
• Prepare and review income statements, journals, and reconciliations.
• Perform monthly GL and balance sheet reconciliations for data integrity.
• Compile and monitor annual budgets; compare actuals to forecasts.
• Generate monthly management reports with financial insights for leadership.
• Provide financial oversight across logistics, exports, and internal units.
• Support inventory control and cost adjustment processes.
• Assist with supplier queries and asset register maintenance.
• Liaise with auditors during year-end audit processes.

A well-established industrial group is seeking a “hands‑on” Accountant to join their finance team in Germiston. The successful candidate will take ownership of various accounting, reporting and analysis functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed their articles (SAIPA, SAICA or CIMA) and is looking to build on their post‑article experience in a fast‑paced, manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Generate monthly management reports with financial insights for operational leadership
