Qualifications

• Matric
• 4+ years working experience in grain and silo management
• Completed fumigation course
• Completed Grading course
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Previous experience supervising staff
• Experience in managing budgets and costs
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Manage silo operations within approved budget to ensure cost control and efficient resources use
• Monitor silo expenditure against budget and address variances
• Oversee daily staff responsibilities and coordinate activities to meet operational needs
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to policies and standards
• Manage customer service by addressing needs and concerns professionally
• Maintain positive customer relationships and high service standards
• Ensure sound financial management within the division per company policies
• Monitor financial activities and expenditure to support financial control
• Manage silo administrative processes and ensure documentation is accurate
• Maintain up-to-date administrative records for operations and reporting
