The role requires Afrikaans and English fluency, a matric, fumigation and grading courses, plus driver’s license and own vehicle. It is an on-site agricultural management position with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Matric is required and 4 years of silo/grain management experience.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage silo operations within approved budget to control costs.
• Monitor expenditure and identify variances requiring attention.
• Oversee daily staff activities and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Monitor staff performance and enforce company policies and standards.
• Maintain strong customer service and relationships.
• Ensure sound financial management and reporting within the division.
• Oversee silo administration and maintain accurate records.
