• Introduce and adhere to world-class asset care and maintenance principles for efficient asset utilization.
• Prepare, manage and control the maintenance budget including capex.
• Control project funding requests (e.g., abnormal maintenance and capital).
• Manage performance and people development within the department.
• Oversee maintenance projects and feasibility studies.
• Plan utilities availability and planned shutdowns; assist with equipment replacement planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience in coal fired boiler operation and maintenance.
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing general utilities i.e.
• At least 5 years relevant maintenance and project management experience, preferably in a beverage or fast-moving consumables goods environment.
