Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company in Johannesburg seeks a Maintenance Engineer to oversee coal-fired boiler operation, utilities, and maintenance programs. You will manage the maintenance budget, lead project teams, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in coal fired boiler operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EH&S and risk management standards.
• Manage maintenance and utilities (water, gas, refrigeration, waste water).
• Lead multi-disciplinary maintenance projects and feasibility studies.
• Develop and implement annual department plans and budget control.
• Coordinate project schedules, FAT and PAT, and ensure handover to site.
