Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a food/beverage manufacturing facility in the Western Cape. You will lead engineering and maintenance teams, implement maintenance strategies, and drive capital projects to optimise plant performance and reliability.

The role requires a BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, GCC certification, and proven leadership in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• GCC certification.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant engineering, maintenance management, and asset reliability.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering and maintenance teams to maximise plant performance.
• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and plant expansion initiatives.

• Collaborate with production and senior management to achieve business objectives.
