Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of coal-fired boiler operation and maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years in utilities management.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance and project management in beverage/FMCG environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety and risk management standards.
• Introduce and adhere to world-class asset care and maintenance principles for efficient asset utilization.
• Prepare, manage and control the maintenance budget including capex.
• Control project funding requests (e.g., abnormal maintenance and capital).
• Manage performance and people development within the department.
• Oversee maintenance projects and feasibility studies.
• Plan utilities availability and planned shutdowns; assist with equipment replacement planning.
