Job summary

Netcare is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Clerk to coordinate activities between Technical Services and hospital staff in South Africa. You will place stock and equipment orders, track deliveries, and manage outstanding orders to ensure timely availability.

Key duties include maintaining CMMS data, planning and scheduling work orders, and communicating with suppliers and finance to ensure correct invoicing and asset tagging. A background in stock control and maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Experience with CMMS or SAP PM.
• Experience in a stock ordering/management environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities between Technical Services and hospital staff.
• Place orders for stock and equipment; track deliveries.
• Maintain CMMS data and manage maintenance plans.
• Assist in planning and scheduling Work Orders; ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate with finance and suppliers for accurate invoicing and stock records.
