Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Experience working with purchase orders and supplier coordination.
• Exposure to preventative maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Issue and track maintenance job cards.
• Capture maintenance data and ensure accurate record keeping.
