Job summary

Rheinmetall seeks a capable Maintenance Admin to support planning and scheduling for our Boskop site. You will assist the planner, manage SAP PM/MM tasks, track stock, and ensure compliance with ISO/SHE standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in heavy industry admin, strong Excel and SAP experience, and a valid driver’s license. This role offers growth, pension, medical schemes, and a vibrant site culture.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or equivalent, foundational business literacy.
• NQF Level 5 in Administration or Logistics is required.
• 3–5 years of admin experience in heavy industrial/engineering maintenance.
• Proficient SAP PM and MM modules with strong Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset, excellent organization, and detail orientation.
• Good communication across levels and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Planner to balance weekly schedules and artisan capacity.
• Review and close maintenance requests in SAP with high-quality feedback.
• Monitor backlogs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Draw and track stock items; raise SAP purchase requisitions.
• Manage and archive legal/statutory inspection certificates.
• Coordinate documentation and site access for external contractors.
